For your security, nothing you enter on this step is saved until you submit it. Keep your keys somewhere safe, such as a password manager, until then.
Your funds are held on the exchanges, in your sub-accounts. For security and efficient margin rebalancing, the strategy moves funds between them through a prime broker, so your prime broker opens each sub-account. Follow your prime broker’s guide: it covers its transfer key, then each exchange the strategy uses.

Choose your prime broker

BIT

Transfer key, then each exchange. BIT creates the OKX and Bitget keys for you.

LTP

Transfer key, then LTP provisions a DMA sub-account and its keys on each exchange.

Bequant

Transfer key, then Bequant opens an account on each exchange and creates its keys, except Kraken’s, which you create.

FalconX

Transfer key, then a sub-account on Binance, Bybit and OKX. FalconX creates the OKX keys for you.

Submit

Once your prime broker and every exchange tab are filled in, choose Continue, tick both boxes in Confirm Information, then choose Submit & Continue.
Most key problems come from the IP whitelist. Each key needs its own list: the Read-only API IPs on the read-only key, the Trading API IPs on the trading key, and the Transfer API IPs on your prime broker’s transfer key. Copy each list in full. If a key doesn’t work, see API key problems.
Set up each key exactly as your guide describes. Once the strategy is running, don’t change a key, its IP list or an account setting on the exchange: a change while the strategy trades can seriously disrupt it. If something needs to change, use Edit venues so the desk can review the change first.
Every field, list and permission is in API keys and IP addresses.
