Check your spam folder. If it isn’t there, choose Didn’t get it? Resend email on the Account Created screen. Each link expires after an hour.

Your login and your wallet are separate: signing out doesn’t disconnect your wallet, and disconnecting your wallet doesn’t sign you out. To end both, sign out and disconnect your wallet.

On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password?, enter your email and choose Send reset link. Open the email titled “Reset your password” and click the link within an hour, then enter a new password and choose Reset password. The new password needs at least 8 characters, including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a number.Resetting signs you out everywhere, and we email you to confirm the change.
