# Accept the terms

> Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy with a free signature.

The dialog opens when you first connect, or when you first choose **Review deposit**.

**1. Tick both boxes**

Read the [Terms of Service](https://www.blockhouse.app/legal/terms-of-service) and [Privacy Policy](https://www.blockhouse.app/legal/privacy-policy), then tick **I have read and agree to the Terms of Service** and **I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy**.

**2. Accept and sign**

Choose **Accept**, then sign the message in your wallet. The signature is free and doesn't approve any movement of funds. It records that your wallet agreed to the terms, so you don't need a login.
