# Deposit

> Send USDC or another supported token to your deposit address, and it arrives in your Hyperliquid account.

You send funds from your own wallet to a deposit address made for it, on the chain you choose, and they arrive as USDC in your Hyperliquid perps balance. There's no transaction to sign in Blockhouse. If you haven't accepted the terms yet, choose **Accept the terms to show your address** first.

## You'll need

* At least \$5 of a supported token, in a wallet you control. The **Token** and **Chain** lists show what you can send, for example USDC or USDT on Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum One or Solana, or BTC on Bitcoin.
* Enough of that chain's own token to pay the network fee when you send.

**1. Open Deposit**

With your wallet connected, choose **Deposit** in the top bar.

**2. Choose a token and chain**

Under **Token**, choose what you'll send, then under **Chain**, the network you'll send it on. **USDC** on **Arbitrum One** is marked **Recommended**.

**3. Confirm the three checks**

Tick all three to show your address. They confirm the \$5 minimum, that you'll send only that token on that network, and that a failed deposit is refunded to the address it came from. Send from a wallet you control, not an exchange: a refund to an exchange goes to the exchange's own wallet, not your account.

**4. Send to your address**

Scan the QR code, or choose the copy button next to **Your deposit address**, then send the token from your wallet. Any other token or network may be lost.

**5. Wait for it to arrive**

It's usually instant, about a minute from Ethereum and 10 to 30 minutes from Bitcoin. The panel shows **Deposited to your perps balance** when it arrives. You can close the window meanwhile, but don't send again while a deposit is delivering.

## If deposit addresses are unavailable

When deposit addresses can't be shown, the dialog offers a deposit of USDC on Arbitrum One from your connected wallet instead. The minimum is 5 USDC, and you need a few cents of ETH on Arbitrum for network fees.

Enter an amount or choose **MAX**, then choose **Deposit**, switching to Arbitrum first if asked. Choose **Confirm in wallet**, sign **Approve USDC** if asked, then sign **Deposit to Hyperliquid**. Circle delivers it, usually in under a minute, and the panel shows **Deposited** when it's in your perps balance.
