# Step 2: Strategy Configuration

> Choose your exchanges, enter your fees and set your allocation.

**1. Choose your venues**

In **Venues**, select at least two exchanges where your prime broker has set up, or will set up, the strategy's sub-accounts.

**2. Enter your fees**

For each exchange, enter your **Maker Fee (bps)** and **Taker Fee (bps)** in [basis points](https://docs.blockhouse.app/reference/glossary.md#basis-point): for 0.02%, enter `2`. Enter a maker rebate as a negative number. Both must be within the **Strategy requirement** shown, or the step can't continue.

**3. Check your allocation**

**Initial Allocation (USD)** is filled in from the strategy page and must meet the strategy's minimum. **Full Allocation (USD)** and **Anticipated Scaling Time** are optional and non-binding; we use them only to plan capacity.

**4. Confirm**

Choose **Continue**, tick both boxes in **Confirm Information**, then choose **Confirm & Continue**. This sends your configuration and details to the desk for review.
